KORDA KRANK CHODDY HOOKS

The Korda Krank Choddy Hook was specifically designed by Tom Dove, Head of Product Development, after he recognized the perfect marriage between the unique Krank shank shape and the mechanics of the Chod Rig presentation. The Krank Choddy retains the original Krank’s successful geometry but incorporates a crucial design change: an out-turned eye.

This out-turned eye is essential for creating the ultimate chod presentation. When used with a stiff material like Mouth Trap, it ensures a continuous curve runs all the way along the hook link and hook shank, guaranteeing the rig sits and works perfectly. It features a razor-sharp beaked point that is slightly offset, along with a very wide gape. This aggressive combination significantly increases the hooking potential and ensures a secure, deep hook hold. Furthermore, the Krank Choddy is a very strong pattern, making it highly suitable for use in demanding, weedy, and snaggy situations. Each packet contains ten hooks.
